Richard Maddeaux was born and raised in
                                                       England, dividing his recent years between
                                                       Canada and the United States. He has a
                                                       Bachelor of Religious Education from
                                                       Rochester College in Michigan and a Master
                                                       of Divinity from Abilene Christian University of
                                                       Texas. He has been in full-time ministry since
                                                       2004. He is married with no children.
